I felt like we were old friends thanks to Lorraine's authenticity and how much she genuinely cares - she made me feel comfortable right away talking about anything wedding related or not. We really appreciated how thoughtful she was with checking up on us not just for planning related things but also just on how we were feeling as the day got closer.

She was responsive, organized and her experience was invaluable - she thought of a lot of questions and details that we hadn't thought of but that were important to consider for our big day. She was always so patient and never made us feel like there was something we couldn't ask for her advice on.

On our actual wedding day, she was so on point. We had a big wedding at 200+ guests, lot of moving parts with multiple entertainment vendors, performers, photobooth, food caterers, favours, welcome and signing tables, table arrangements, etc. and she handled it all in stride so everything went off without a hitch. I felt like I didn't need to worry or think about a thing and really trusted her and she more than delivered.
