I've always been someone who loves bringing people together, and over the past seven years, I've been lucky enough to turn that passion into a career that's taken me around the world. From planning beautiful destination weddings in Europe to delivering large-scale corporate events in Canada, I've had the opportunity to work with incredible people and create some pretty memorable experiences along the way.
Originally from a small village in the Midlands of Ireland, my career began in Portugal's Algarve, where I discovered my love for wedding planning and working with international clients. Since then, my experience has taken me across Ireland, Europe, and Canada, working in luxury weddings, hospitality, and corporate events.
Most recently, I spent three years in Toronto, specialising in corporate event marketing and managing everything from industry conferences and leadership summits to brand activations and executive experiences.
After several years abroad, I've now returned home to Ireland and am permanently based in the Midlands, bringing plenty of international experience and inspiration with me.
Whether I'm planning an intimate destination wedding or a large-scale corporate event, what I enjoy most is getting to know the people behind it, bringing their ideas to life, and making sure every detail comes together seamlessly.
Outside of work, I love travelling, discovering new places, and finding inspiration in the people and experiences along the way.

I'm Lorraine
I create thoughtful, beautifully executed events that feel effortless for my clients and unforgettable for their guests. My approach is rooted in intention, structure, and a genuine love for bringing people together in meaningful ways.
I’m originally from a tiny village in Ireland and studied Event Management with Public Relations at GMIT in Galway. Alongside my studies, I gained hands-on experience working in hospitality in Alicante, Spain and completed a semester abroad in Nice, France. These early experiences shaped my understanding of guest experience, service standards, and the importance of thoughtful planning foundations that continue to inform my approach to events today.
In 2018, I completed my internship in Quinta do Lago, in Portugal’s Algarve, where I truly fell in love with events. What began as an internship turned into an 18-month chapter working with one of the Algarve’s top wedding planning companies, planning luxury destination weddings for international couples. It was there that I refined my ability to manage complex logistics, high expectations, and emotionally significant moments—while staying calm, creative, and detail-oriented under pressure.
When COVID brought me back home to Ireland, I immediately began planning my next move. In 2023, I made the move to Toronto, where I’ve since been working in corporate events, delivering large-scale, strategically driven experiences that align brand, culture, and connection.
Today, my background spans weddings, brand moments, and complex corporate experiences. I bring a balance of creativity and precision to every project, ensuring logistics run seamlessly, guests feel genuinely connected, and every event leaves a lasting impression long after the day ends.
