I led the end-to-end planning and delivery of our annual Leadership Summit, bringing together 75 senior leaders and executives for a thoughtfully designed experience focused on navigating change, strengthening leadership, and aligning priorities for the year ahead.

Partnering closely with People Experience, I helped shape the event's overall concept, objectives, and programming. I collaborated with Communications on agenda development, speaker flow, and key messaging, while overseeing all aspects of event delivery, from venue sourcing and supplier management to creative production, logistics, and the onsite experience.

The programme balanced strategic discussion with meaningful opportunities for connection, opening with an interactive LEGO-building exercise focused on communication and active listening. We welcomed Dr. Jody as our keynote speaker, alongside economist Jennifer Lee, bringing together perspectives on people-first leadership and the evolving economic landscape.

To close the day, I curated an immersive evening experience at Arcadia Earth, where art, technology, and sustainability came together in a unique setting. Working with our design team, I coordinated a custom video installation that transformed the dinner space and created a memorable backdrop for the evening.

The result was a cohesive, engaging leadership experience that brought strategy and creativity together, strengthened executive connections, and reinforced a shared direction for the year ahead.
